CONDO RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT:

RESERVATIONS

: Condo held with 25% of total paid by cashiers check or personal check and with this signed rental agreement returned.

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Full amount due if reservation made within 30 days. .

SECURITY DEPOSIT

: $150 security deposit required with balance paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposit used if damage to condo, excessive cleaning or key not returned to lock box.

Otherwise, security deposit is fully refunded 14 days after departure or if reservation is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:

Full refunds 90 days before arrival.

50% refundable 60-90 days before arrival.

NO REFUNDS 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

*Return key to lock box at checkout

*No pets/No smoking

*6 guests total. $50 extra per guest per stay up to two extra guests.

*Owner assumes no liability for property loss, damage, accidents or injuries on property.
